Developing You (DY) Programs.
The BAE Systems People Policy, referenced in
the Operational Framework, commits that BAE Systems
will "provide learning and development opportunities
to ensure that people have the professional and
personal skills to achieve their potential. Each
function should "ensure functional personnel
are developed by recommending both appropriate
functional training and career development".
The DY programs make available to the businesses,
tools and development opportunities to help them
align these commitments with local business needs.
